What You’ll Do:

Creative Design & Campaign Development: Create compelling online and offline ad creatives aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Develop engaging social media content across platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. E-commerce & Performance Creatives: Design high-converting e-commerce creatives, including product images, banners, emailers, and WhatsApp creatives. Optimize creatives to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across digital channels. Adaptation & Brand Consistency: Resize, adapt, and repurpose creatives for multiple platforms while maintaining visual consistency and brand integrity. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and campaign requirements. Video Content & Post-Production: Assist in creating high-quality video content for digital marketing campaigns, including editing and post-production. Contribute to ideation and execution of engaging visual storytelling formats. Innovation & AI Integration: Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging creative formats. Utilize AI tools and technologies to streamline workflows, optimize creatives, and explore new creative possibilities.

What We’re Looking For: Experience:

2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing. Technical Skills

: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects) and Canva. Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Portfolio:

Strong and updated portfolio showcasing diverse static and video design projects. Creative Eye:

Detail-oriented with a strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout design. Collaboration:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Time Management:

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
