Recruitment Specialist

Primary Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination). Source and attract qualified Indian candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to management. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

3–5 years of proven recruitment experience (preferably recruiting Indian candidates). Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Familiarity with job portals and sourcing platforms commonly used in India (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed). Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience recruiting for international clients. Experience hiring for remote or offshore roles. Background in BPO, IT, healthcare, or skilled trades recruitment (depending on your industry focus).
