Through ZET (our B2C platform), we focus on empowering individuals, especially those new to credit (NTC) or with low credit scores, to build and improve their score. One of our key offerings is the SBM ZETCredit Card, co-branded with SBM. The card plays a pivotal role in helping users from Tier 2, 3, and 4 cities boost their credit scores. By providing insights & solutions into their creditworthiness, consumers are empowered to make informed financial decisions, unlocking opportunities for loans, mortgages, and greater financial stability.

On our ZET Partner (B2B) platform, we connect communities in Tier 3 and 4 cities to a wide network of financial brands and credit products. By leveraging a trusted network of agents, we bridge the gap between consumers and top banks, making financial services more accessible and tailored to the specific needs of these underserved markets.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project execution for credit card product integrations, issuer/acquirer integrations, and payment workflow enhancements. Collaborate with banks, card networks, PSPs, and fintech partners to gather integration requirements and ensure technical alignment. Own project plans, timelines, risk logs, and communication with stakeholders. Work closely with engineering, product, QA, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery. Track project status, resolve roadblocks, and ensure SLAs and compliance guidelines are met. Support UAT, regression testing, and documentation of integration flows. Communicate clearly in Tamil and English with merchants, vendors, and internal teams. Prepare project status reports, MIS updates, and dashboards for management. Drive process improvements and standardize integration frameworks

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator in fintech, payments, or BFSI. Hands-on experience with credit card integration, payment APIs, transaction flows (authorization, settlement, refunds, chargebacks), and compliance requirements. Strong understanding of card networks (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), issuers, NBFCs, or payment gateways. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Tamil (mandatory) and English. Strong documentation, planning, and risk management skills. Basic knowledge of APIs, technical requirements, and UAT processes.
