About the Role
- The role involves managing various aspects of tendering and procurement processes, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements and government regulations.
Responsibilities

Gem Portal
to create category, Brand and uploading of product
Tendering in Gem
Handling E-Tendering
Handling RFPs, RFQ response
Excellent knowledge in Preparation of Online/Offline Tenders & Procedures / Bidding and submission of Tenders.
Uploading/Submitting the Documents (General/Technical/Commercial) in the ONLINE Platform.
Preparation and submission of different types of Bank Guarantee’s like Bid security and performance Guarantee, FDRs & DDs as per tender requirement.
Follow up e-mails pertaining to tenders and general enquiries.
Exploring the Business Opportunities (Tenders) from Newspapers, websites, magazines subscribed web portals, Business Network etc. and read - through the qualification criteria for the participation in the same.
Excellent knowledge on some of the following portals: GeM Portal, CPP Portal, MP E-Procurement portal, Defence E-Procurement portal, All State Govt. Procurement portals etc.
Clarification on bid conditions and management of the tender's preparation, aligned with the organization's requirement.
Study of bidding trends in various govt. sector.
Study of tender documents and summaries important clauses having techno - commercial impact while quoting.
Preparing the Tender Comparative Statement (Checklist with all important points)
Bidding documents and Attending Pre - Bid Meetings, Technical Bid and Price Bid Opening
Getting /Procuring Digital Certificates for ONLINE Tenders Participation
Assist department with all documents support
Liaison with Govt. Department for Vendor Registration, Approvals and Renewal
Submitting documents for getting new registration as approved vendor
Maintaining data management and follow - up procedure
Preparing Purchase Order
Maintain a list of Supplier & Identify New Supplier
Issuing Enquires and Obtaining Quotation
Follow up vendor for timely deliveries
Making drawings in Coral Draw / Photoshop.
Handling all filling works, Incoming & outgoing calls
Handling all administrative work such as Salary, Attendance Register etc
Excellent skills in Microsoft word /excel/PPT
Good command over language (English and Hindi)
