High School Research Mentor

**Hiring Research Mentors (3–4 Month Projects | Remote | Freelance)**

We’re looking for **professors, PhD scholars, researchers, and industry experts** to mentor high-achieving high school students (Grades 9–12) on **3–4 month research projects** aimed at strengthening their **Ivy League & top university applications**.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Guide a structured, age-appropriate research project (STEM, Economics, Psychology, CS, AI/ML, Humanities). * Lead weekly/bi-weekly sessions + provide feedback on drafts, analysis, and presentations. * Help students produce a final output: **research paper, presentation, or portfolio-ready project**. * Inspire curiosity, problem-solving, and scientific thinking.

**Who We're Seeking:**

* Faculty, PhD/postdoc researchers, or industry specialists * Strong communication & mentoring skills * Ability to design achievable 12–15 week research pathways * Experience with undergrad/high-school mentoring is a plus
