About the Role

The role involves managing and optimizing Red Hat OpenShift clusters, ensuring high availability and performance while collaborating with development teams for seamless deployments.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and administer Red Hat OpenShift clusters Ensure high availability, performance optimization, and reliability of the platform Monitor cluster health and proactively resolve production issues Manage and support ODF (Ceph Storage) environments Implement container security best practices Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for complex incidents Integrate and support CI/CD pipelines within OpenShift Conduct backup and disaster recovery operations Collaborate with development teams for seamless deployments Maintain proper documentation and operational procedures

Qualifications

10+ years of overall IT experience 7+ years of hands-on OpenShift administration

Required Skills

Strong experience with ODF / Ceph Deep understanding of Kubernetes and containerization Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices Strong networking & security knowledge in containerized environments Expertise in troubleshooting and performance tuning Excellent communication and documentation skills
