Trade Execution and Reconciliation (Ops)

Company Description Grey Sky Capital is an alternates asset management company incorporated in April, 2025. Currently it is operating under PMS license. AIF CAT III is applied for. In future, it will have all relevant licenses to manage funds for investors. Current focus is Mass affluents, HNIs, UHNIs.

Role Description The role involves Pre-allocation, execution and post allocation of trades on daily basis maintaining accurate and up-to-date trade records ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities also include process improvements and supporting account management tasks. It will keep increasing at the pace of individuals professional growth.

Hard skills Strong analytical skills Adept in using excel and now AI tools Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Apart from this we look for candidates who are high on coach-ability, curiosity, scalability and strong work ethics. Prior experience is not that relevant. Looking for 1-3 years of experience.
