We work with fast-growing startups scaling into enterprise and established organisations that require structured, high-accountability delivery. We are now strengthening our delivery leadership to support enterprise expansion.

Role Purpose To independently own and drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise web and AI projects, ensuring structured execution, clear scope control, developer accountability, enterprise-grade documentation, and on-time, high-quality delivery. This is not a coordination role — this is a high-ownership delivery leadership role.

Core Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Delivery Ownership - Own full project lifecycle from kickoff to launch. - Translate enterprise requirements into structured execution plans. - Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and quality benchmarks.

2. Team Leadership & Accountability - Manage distributed teams (10+ engineers). - Break down complex systems into modular sprint goals. - Enforce accountability without micromanagement. - Maintain delivery discipline.

3. Enterprise Client Management - Lead weekly enterprise client calls. - Present progress with clarity and confidence. - Handle scope negotiations and change requests professionally. - Identify risks early and escalate appropriately.

4. Process & Documentation Excellence - Maintain clean Jira boards and sprint hygiene. - Establish structured documentation culture (Notion). - Create delivery dashboards and reporting templates. - Implement structured change management processes.

Non-Negotiables - 5+ years Technical Project Management experience - Independently managed $100K+ projects - Experience managing distributed engineering teams - Strong documentation discipline - Enterprise client delivery exposure - Experience handling technically complex or AI-enabled systems - Comfortable pushing back on clients professionally - UK timezone overlap availability

Preferred - Experience with UK or Middle East clients - Cross-border delivery exposure - Startup-to-enterprise scaling experience

60 Days – Structured Control - Lead internal stand-ups independently. - Lead enterprise client status calls. - Implement formal change request process. - Reduce ad-hoc firefighting by 40–50%. - Build documentation repository (Notion). - Establish risk escalation protocol.

90 Days – Autonomous Delivery - Independently manage enterprise projects end-to-end. - Founder involvement limited to strategic escalation. - Predictable sprint velocity. - Delivery dashboards are operational. - Strong client confidence and satisfaction maintained.
