Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end HR operations and strategy Manage performance training and employee engagement initiatives Ensure compliance and company policies Act as a strategic partner to leadership and business teams Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention

Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role Strong knowledge of HR policies and best practices Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to align HR strategy with business goals
