Civil Engineering Project Planner

I’m reaching out because we’re looking for a

Central Planning - PMO role (Civil Engineer)

with a leading Indian infrastructure conglomerate with a diversified presence across

Real Estate, Airports, Energy, Transportation, Urban Infrastructure, and Sports. The

PMO – Planning

role is responsible for building, managing, and governing the planning ecosystem for

residential real-estate projects

. This includes master scheduling, baseline creation, look-ahead planning, progress monitoring, critical path management, and enabling predictable project delivery across time, cost, and quality parameters. The role ensures seamless coordination among design, procurement, construction, statutory, and sales functions to maintain accurate, up-to-date project plans.

Responsibilities:- Master Planning & Scheduling Look-Ahead Planning & Execution Alignment Project Performance Monitoring Governance & Reporting Cross-Functional Coordination PMO Setup & Process Institutionalization (New Business Setup)

Educational Qualifications: BE/BTech in Civil Engineering / Construction MBA / PGDM (Finance / Operations / Project Management) – strong advantage Certifications desirable: PMP / PRINCE2 / PMI-SP / Lean / Six Sigma (any)

Relevant Experience:- 10+ years in real estate / construction / infrastructure with multi-project exposure Proven experience in portfolio governance / program management / central PMO Hands-on expertise in construction planning, project controls, cost & cashflow forecasting Strong exposure to leadership dashboards, MBR/QBR packs, and executive reviews
