We’re a fast-moving fintech startup backed by Antler, started by IIT Roorkee founders and built by fintech veterans.

Built for India’s next 100M earners, we’re past the idea stage. The product is real. Partnerships are real. Now we want to scale — fast, clean, and profit-aware.

We’re launching a Student Wealth Partner Program to create campus-based financial communities and are looking for high-agency students to become Campus Wealth Leaders.

What you’ll do1. Build student investor communities

- Help peers start daily SIPs (eg, ₹21/day or monthly SIPs) - Educate students on long-term wealth - Promote disciplined investing habits on campus

2. Drive app adoption + activations

- Onboard students onto the BlinkMoney app - Ensure KYC + first SIP activation - Track referrals and engagement

3. Teach “liquidity without redemption”

- Explain how BlinkMoney lets users access instant cash against investments - Help students understand why selling investments or stopping SIPs hurts compounding - Position BlinkMoney as a smarter alternative to credit cards / personal loans

4. Build a mini ambassador team

- Recruit and manage 5–10 Student Wealth Partners - Run weekly drives inside your college - Maintain WhatsApp groups for coordination

5. Represent BlinkMoney on campus

- Conduct small awareness sessions - Coordinate stalls/events (where possible) - Share feedback from students with BlinkMoney’s product team

6. Act as a growth & product feedback node

- Report user issues - Share feature ideas - Help improve onboarding flows

You are effectively BlinkMoney’s Campus Growth + Community Lead.
