Brand Manager
to lead this initiative remotely from India.
Position Overview
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a structured digital branding strategy to enhance Madre’s visibility, credibility, and authority in the global market.
This role focuses on strategic positioning, measurable growth, and brand consistency across all corporate platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop a 6–12 month digital branding roadmap aligned with company growth objectives.
Define clear brand positioning for clients, candidates, and partners.
2. Digital Presence & Authority
Strengthen Madre’s positioning across LinkedIn and corporate digital channels.
Build thought-leadership visibility within manpower outsourcing and engineering sectors.
Enhance global digital reach through structured content planning and strategic amplification.
3. Brand Consistency
Ensure consistent branding across Website, Social media, Recruitment campaigns, Corporate presentations and proposals
Standardize communication across internal and external channels.
4. Content Governance & Execution Support
Guide internal associates in structured content planning.
Develop content calendars aligned with business priorities.
Support leadership branding initiatives where required.
5. Performance Tracking & Optimization
Define KPIs including engagement growth, reach, brand authority, and digital ROI.
Monitor analytics and provide monthly performance reports.
Recommend improvements based on measurable data insights.
6. Innovation & Growth
Continuously identify new strategies to enhance brand authority.
Stay updated with B2B branding trends and digital best practices.
Propose initiatives that improve corporate credibility and digital positioning.
Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Brand Manager or Digital Brand Strategist.
Strong background in B2B corporate branding.
Demonstrated success in scaling digital presence strategically.
Analytical mindset with strong KPI tracking capabilities.
Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
