Job Description:
Educational Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Sales.
Experience:
- 1–2 Years in sales coordination (Preferred in Construction/Infrastructure/Geosynthetics)
Location - Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales team and technical team to support daily operations and business activities.
- Assist in preparing letters, quotations, BOQs and product submissions.
- Understand basic geosynthetics applications (geotextile, geocell, geomembrane, drains, etc.) and communicate benefits to customers.
- Track enquiries, follow up with prospective clients and maintain lead status in ERP or Excel sheets.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for order processing, dispatch planning and material tracking.
- Support end-to-end tender documentation including downloading, compiling, submission and follow-up.
- Maintain and update customer database, project pipeline and sales dashboards.
- Assist sales team and technical team in scheduling client meetings, presentations and site visits.
- Handle front-line customer communication via phone, email and WhatsApp.
- Prepare MIS reports on weekly and monthly for sales & technical teams.
- Assist marketing team with brochures, PPTs, case studies and digital promotions.
- Build strong professional relationships with contractors, consultants and distributors.
- Ensure proper documentation of orders, invoices, delivery challans and certifications.
- Support coordination during exhibitions, events and product demos.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
