Chief of Staff (5+ Years of Experience)

As Chief of Staff, you will work directly with the Founder/CEO to drive strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution across the organization. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role requiring strong strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, and the ability to move seamlessly between planning and execution.

What You’ll Do

Drive company-wide strategic initiatives from ideation to execution Partner closely with the CEO on business planning, fundraising prep, and investor communication Build operating cadences (OKRs, reviews, dashboards, reporting frameworks) Own cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Operations Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable processes Lead special projects, including new market entry, partnerships, or new product launches Translate high-level strategy into structured execution roadmaps Monitor KPIs and ensure accountability across teams Support hiring strategy and organizational planning Act as a force multiplier for the leadership team

Have 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, startup operations, or high-growth environments Have worked closely with founders or senior leadership Are highly structured and strong in problem-solving Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Communicate clearly across technical and business teams Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments Have experience in fintech, AI, SaaS, or high-growth tech ecosystems (preferred)
