Are you excited to join our team as Intern - Customer Experience Operation?

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Intern Customer Experience Operation who will act as the face of our brand. The intern will be responsible for engaging with customers, communicating product or service, information effectively, gathering feedback, and supporting complaint resolution to ensure a positive customer experience. If you are a dynamic, results-driven individual eager to grow and build a meaningful career in food and technology, this role offers a unique opportunity to make an impact.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Promote the company’s products/services to customers in a clear, confident, and engaging manner. - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and queries. - Collect customer feedback through direct interaction, surveys, or informal conversations. - Document and report feedback and insights to the internal team for improvement. - Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution or proper escalation. - Maintain a presentable appearance and uphold the company’s brand image. - Build positive relationships with customers and create a welcoming environment. - Support on-ground promotional activities, events, and campaigns as required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Presentable, confident, and approachable personality. - Ability to listen actively and respond appropriately to customer concerns. - Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction. - Basic conflict-handling and complaint-resolution skills. - Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a team environment.
