Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in New Delhi. The Senior Merchant - Leather Accessories will be responsible for overseeing product development, managing client relationships, and coordinating with the design and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Job responsibilities include

finalizing samples, and ensuring quality checks align with client requirements. Additional tasks involve handling communication with international clients, managing timelines, and collaborating with suppliers to maintain sustainable and high-quality production standards.

Qualifications Strong background in Product Development, and sample creation. Experience in Client Relationship Management, including handling international clients and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Production Follow ups, including coordinating with production teams, maintaining quality checks, and ensuring delivery deadlines are met. Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage high-volume and time-sensitive projects. Previous minimum 10 years experience in the leather accessories is a must. We are looking for a highly conscientious, detail oriented person who follows all the systems laid out by the company.
