Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Lead User Experience Designer. The Lead User Experience Designer will be responsible for driving the complete UX design process, including performing user research, creating prototypes, and ensuring high-quality visual designs for the platform. The role involves employing design thinking methodologies to enhance the overall user journey and collaborating across teams to align design with product strategy and business goals.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Design Thinking and User Research
Excellent proficiency in User Experience (UX) and Visual Design principles
Experience in creating prototypes and rapidly iterating designs
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
Proven ability to lead design strategies and mentor team members
Experience with tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design software
A passion for user-centered design and knowledge of the fantasy sports domain is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field preferred
