Role Purpose
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic and operational partner to business leaders, enabling workforce effectiveness, employee engagement, and organizational performance. The role involves aligning HR initiatives with business goals while ensuring compliance, employee well-being, and a strong organizational culture.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnering
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness
Translate business requirements into HR initiatives aligned with organizational objectives
Support change management initiatives and drive adoption of HR programs
Employee Engagement & Retention
Analyze employee data, trends, and feedback to identify engagement and retention gaps
Design and implement initiatives to improve employee morale, productivity, and retention
Drive performance management processes in partnership with leadership
Employee Relations & Compliance
Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies
Proactively identify and mitigate employee-related risks
Talent Lifecycle Management
Oversee end-to-end onboarding, ensuring seamless integration of new hires
Manage employee documentation, background verification, statutory compliances, benefits, and payroll coordination
Support internal mobility, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
Culture, Ethics & Values
Reinforce organizational values, ethics, and code of conduct across assigned business units
Partner with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture
Stakeholder & HR Operations Collaboration
Collaborate with COEs (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Payroll, Rewards) for effective HR delivery
Maintain accurate HR records, MIS, and dashboards to support decision-making
Handle HR audits and ensure documentation readiness
Qualifications & Experience
Masterโs degree in HR preferred
3โ4 years of relevant HR experience
, preferably in a large, structured, or healthcare organization
Prior experience in an HR Business Partner or Generalist role
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR practices to business needs
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Proven conflict resolution and employee relations capability
close attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
