About the Role

We are looking for experienced

IT Recruiters

with prior exposure to Domestic Indian markets.

While candidates must have experience working across these regions, this role will focus exclusively on

US IT Recruitment

. If you have hands-on experience in US staffing and are comfortable working in the night shift, we’d love to connect!

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for

US IT roles Source candidates through Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal databases Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 roles Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers Negotiate pay rates and close positions within deadlines Maintain ATS records and recruitment trackers Meet weekly/monthly hiring targets

Required Experience & Skills

1–5 years of IT recruitment experience Strong hands-on experience in

US Staffing (Mandatory) Prior exposure to international markets (Canada, UK, Australia, APAC, India, Mexico) Good understanding of US visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT) Experience using ATS & job portals Strong communication and negotiation skills Immediate joiners preferred Must be based in Mumbai and willing to work from Thane office
