We’re Hiring: AVP – IT Actuarial, Finance & Investment Systems (M5L3)

Location: India | Experience: 10+ years | Role Level: AVP

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join as AVP – IT Actuarial, Finance & Investment Systems, responsible for leading key initiatives in actuarial, accounting, and investment systems. This is a strategic role where you will drive system readiness for IFRS-17 / Ind AS 117 adoption, manage core accounting platforms, and ensure robust data reconciliation and posting logic across actuarial and finance functions.

What You Will Do:

- Lead the adoption of IFRS-17 / Ind AS 117 across actuarial, accounting, and investment systems - Manage and enhance GL systems, core accounting platforms, and portfolio management systems - Ensure integrity and robustness of data reconciliation, posting logic, and reporting - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while coordinating with all stakeholders - Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and manage scope, schedule, and cost - Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure timely delivery - Maintain comprehensive project documentation and communicate updates to leadership - Provide technical guidance and leadership to teams and drive process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong experience in GL systems for insurers, actuarial valuation platforms, and portfolio management systems - Knowledge of IFRS-17 / Ind AS 117, CSM Engines, and actuarial/finance integration - Expertise in .Net, Java, Python, RDBMS, and integration techniques - Good understanding of insurance core policy administration systems and payout systems - Proven experience in project management, software development, and leading teams - Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, organization, and communication skills

Preferred Certifications:

- IFRS / LOMA / AIII / CFA Level 1
