Job Description – Core Sales Telecalling Executive (US Travel Process)
Role: Drive outbound and inbound ticket sales for the US market. Handle end-to-end customer queries on flights, pricing, changes, cancellations, and itinerary management. Execute high-volume calling with accuracy and conversion discipline.
Requirements:
- Direct experience in US travel sales.
- Proven performance on PPC and Meta calls.
- Full operational command of Amadeus and relevant CMS tools.
- Mastery of airline fare rules, routing logic, seat classes, addons, and ticketing workflows.
- Ability to close sales under pressure without script dependence.
- Clear communication, fast recall, and error-free transaction handling.
- Mandatory proximity to Gurugram with capacity for full-time onsite work at Udyog Vihar Phase 4.
Function:
- Convert leads from PPC and Meta streams.
- Sell tickets with precision on fares, upsells, penalties, and alternative routing.
- Resolve customer issues across schedule changes, confirmations, voids, refunds, and reissues.
- Maintain strict compliance with process, call quality, and documentation.
- Operate on US shift hours.
