About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Business Analyst with strong Global Trade Compliance (GTC) expertise

to support compliance initiatives, process optimization, data analysis, and system enhancements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in GTC functions such as classification, licensing, due diligence, and transaction compliance, along with familiarity with platforms like SAP GTS, Oracle GTM, or similar tools. Key Responsibilities GTC Functional Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret global trade regulations and ensure compliance across relevant business operations. Support classification activities (HTS, ECCN) and maintain accuracy of product master data. Assist with due diligence, restricted-party screening, and transaction compliance reviews. Manage and track import/export licenses, permits, and regulatory documentation. Identify compliance risks and propose mitigation measures Business Analysis Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Translate regulatory requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams. Support process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation of GTC-related processes. Coordinate with internal teams to implement compliance workflows and system enhancements. Conduct data analysis to support audits, reporting, and investigations. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Work closely with cross-functional teams including supply chain, legal, compliance, and IT. Collaborate with system teams implementing or enhancing GTS/GTM systems. Provide training, guidance, and process documentation to internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Compliance, or related field. 4–8 years of experience in Business Analysis with strong exposure to Global Trade Compliance. Hands-on experience with GTC functions: Classification (HTS/ECCN) Due diligence Licensing Transaction compliance Experience with systems such as

SAP GTS, Oracle GTM, or similar trade compliance platforms . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and coordinate with global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or high-tech industry. Experience supporting audits and compliance reporting.
