Financial Analyst – Finance & Accounting

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-focused Financial Analyst to become a key member of our Finance & Accounting function. In this role, you will evaluate financial information, assist in underwriting processes, develop robust financial models, and perform Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) assessments to analyze real estate investment opportunities. You will collaborate closely with US-based stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, quality, and accountability across all financial outputs.

Key Responsibilities

- Examine and interpret complex financial datasets to guide strategic business decisions - Develop comprehensive financial models, including cash flow projections, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning - Perform DCF analysis to determine the value of real estate assets and investment opportunities - Assist in underwriting activities such as transaction analysis, risk evaluation, and investment feasibility assessment - Analyze financial statements, rent rolls, operating reports, and relevant market intelligence - Draft investment summaries, financial reports, and stakeholder presentations - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to assess real estate acquisitions and portfolio performance - Maintain precision, reliability, and consistency in financial data, assumptions, and reporting

Required Qualifications & Skills

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or a comparable position - Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and financial modeling capabilities (knowledge of financial software/tools is an advantage) - Previous exposure to the Real Estate sector is strongly preferred - Familiarity with US real estate markets and investment frameworks
