Job Purpose Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical and process related trainings for teams across functions to help in maximizing employee’s productivity. Key Responsibilities : Able to impart and coordinate technical trainings in Domain related and Process related areas across business units on a regular basis to freshers and laterals Updating/creating/coordinate new training programs on sectors through continuous education programs and repositories across the locations Creating/updating new content, assessment, assignments, case study, and quizzes in flex there by improving online modules feedback Evaluating and provide training feedback to team members on assignments submitted Coordinate for publishing quarterly training calendars Maintain MIS data of Trainings conducted Candidate has to come to office all 5 days Key Competencies

In-depth knowledge about finance, financial modelling, financial statements and able to impart trainings on capital market related domain 7-9 years of experience Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) Highly motivated and willing to work hard Should be a team player, enthusiastic, energetic and aggressive Problem solving and decision-making skills are expected
