Senior Salesforce CPQ QA Engineer(Automation QA ) – Copado Robotic Testing

We are hiring an experienced Senior CPQ QA Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) to join our team.

Experience: 6–10 Years

Location: India (Remote/Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end QA strategies for Salesforce CPQ and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) implementations.

• Develop and maintain automated test suites using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).

• Validate complex CPQ configurations including product rules, pricing rules, discount schedules, bundles, and contract lifecycle processes.

• Integrate automated testing within Copado CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and faster deployments.

• Perform integration testing between Salesforce CPQ and third-party systems such as ERP, billing, and payment platforms.

• Lead regression testing, defect triage, and root cause analysis for Salesforce releases.

• Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality Q2C implementations.

• Mentor junior QA engineers and define best practices for CPQ test automation.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud testing.

• Hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and Copado CI/CD pipelines.

• Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle including quoting, contracts, orders, renewals, and billing.

• Experience validating CPQ logic such as product rules, price rules, and approval processes.

• Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools such as Flows and Apex triggers.

• Experience with API testing tools like Postman and integration validation.

• Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Conga CPQ, Conga CLM, or Billing platforms.

• Knowledge of Salesforce performance testing and large data volume testing.

• Certifications such as Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Copado Robotic Testing.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
