Job Description
This role sits at the
Centre of the Promoter’s Office
, acting as a
strategic execution partner
to the Managing Director. The role focuses on
driving alignment, execution discipline, and follow-through
across real estate projects, investments, and group-level initiatives.
The role
does not involve calendar or travel management
, which is handled separately. Instead, the individual will function as a
trusted operator
, ensuring that the MD’s priorities are translated into action across teams, partners, and advisors.
Responsibilities
. Promoter’s Office & Strategic Execution
Work closely with the MD to structure, priorities, and track strategic initiatives across group companies and SPVs.
Maintain a live view of the MD’s key priorities, commitments, and decisions.
Ensure outcomes from discussions, reviews, and meetings are executed with discipline and timeliness.
2. Real Estate & Investment Oversight Support
Provide end-to-end coordination support across real estate development, leasing, asset management, and monetization initiatives.
Assist the MD in evaluating investment opportunities, partnerships, acquisitions, and exits.
Review and summaries investment notes, valuation outputs, deal structures, and commercial terms for the MD.
3. Leadership & Stakeholder Interface
Act as an extension of the MD in interactions with CXOs, business heads, JV partners, investors, lenders, and advisors.
Drive alignment across internal teams and external partners to ensure momentum on critical matters.
Follow up with senior stakeholders to unblock issues and push decisions to closure.
4. Decision Support & Governance
Prepare crisp briefing notes, dashboards, and decision summaries for the MD.
Track approvals, commitments, and key governance matters across entities.
Support board, investment committee, and partner forums through documentation and follow-through.
5. Special Projects & Transactions
Play a central role in MD-led transactions including acquisitions, divestments, fundraising, restructurings, and strategic alliances.
Coordinate due diligence processes and information flow across internal and external teams.
Support preparation of management presentations for investors, lenders, and partners.
6. Confidentiality & Judgment
Handle promoter-level matters with absolute discretion.
Apply strong judgment in prioritizing issues, escalating risks, and managing access to the MD.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of
real estate, investments, capital structures, and JV environments .
Ability to operate at both
strategic and execution levels .
Excellent written communication—able to convert complex discussions into clear action points
3-5 years of experience in
real estate, private equity, investment management, infrastructure, or promoter-led groups .
