What You Will Practically Do Every Day (So You Can Picture the Job)

- Own revenue, costs, and profitability for the Pune market - Identify and onboard new properties near colleges and universities - Build strong relationships with property owners and partners - Drive occupancy growth while maintaining unit economics - Lead cross-functional teams across Operations, Sales, and Supply - Oversee day-to-day operations across all student housing properties - Ensure service quality, safety, and compliance standards - Resolve escalations and ensure smooth on-ground execution - Work closely with sales teams to improve bookings and conversions - Track demand trends and prepare the city for peak seasons - Negotiate commercial terms for long-term partnerships - Manage vendors across housekeeping, food, maintenance, and security - Monitor key metrics such as occupancy, revenue, costs, and NPS - Use data to identify gaps and drive corrective actions
