We are looking for a School Leader for our upcoming CBSE School (Gyansthal International School) in Harda, Madhya Pradesh, India .

This position requires a visionary academic leader who can implement systems, recruit and mentor quality staff, ensure CBSE compliance, and create a strong foundation for a student-centric, future-ready learning environment.

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role requiring strategic planning and deep understanding of school operations.

Responsibilities Implementation of school policies and procedures. Recruit, mentor, and manage high-quality staff. Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines and regulations. Oversee operational execution and strategic planning.

Qualifications Master’s degree in Education or a related field (Ph.D./Ed.D. preferred). Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
