Lead Research Assistant (Freelance, Work from Home)

About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and efficient person to help us find and research online coaches and course creators who could benefit from our services. This is freelance work you can do from home with flexible hours as long as the work gets done. Perfect for those who enjoy research and Instagram!

What You'll Do:

Step 1 - Find Qualified Leads (Daily) Search for coaches and course creators on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook Look for people with 30,000+ followers in specific niches (health, fitness, business coaching, weight loss, etc.) Verify they have a working website with a clear offer/product

Step 2 - Join Their Email Lists (Mandatory) Sign up for their free guides, courses, or newsletters using the email we provide

Step 4 - Record Everything in Excel (Daily) Fill out all lead information in the provided spreadsheet Include: Name, Email, Social Links, Website, What They Sell, Lead Tier (A/B/C)

What We're Looking For: Well versed with social media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook) Comfortable using Google Sheets Good attention to detail - can follow a checklist carefully Able to work independently and meet daily targets

Daily Target:

100 qualified leads per day (that's about 9 minutes per lead if you work efficiently) Project Duration:

4 weeks (3,000 total leads) Pay : ₹3000 - ₹5000 Work Schedule:

7-8 hours per day, 7 days a week. What You Need: Your own laptop (non-negotiable, not shared) Reliable internet connection Basic Excel knowledge Familiarity with Instagram, Twitter, Facebook

Training Provided: Detailed doc with step-by-step instructions Video tutorials showing exactly what to do Daily worksheet template to track your work List of hashtags and search terms to use Ongoing support when you get stuck
