Interiors Designers/Architects

Job Profile – Interior Designer We are on the lookout for a talented and detail-driven Interior Designer with 1-4 years of professional experience to become part of our innovative team. The perfect fit for this role is someone with a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and a passion for transforming spaces into functional and visually captivating environments. This position demands a harmonious mix of design creativity, technical proficiency, and effective project management abilities. Key Responsibilities: · Prepare mood boards, sketches, and detailed 2D/3D layouts for residential spaces. · Research and integrate materials, furnishings, and finishes to complement design themes. · Ensure timely revenue collection of project payments in alignment with agreed milestones. Client Interaction: · Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, preferences, and budgets. · Present design concepts and revisions to ensure client satisfaction. · Provide clients with cost-effective and innovative design solutions. Project Execution: · Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other vendors to ensure smooth project execution. · Oversee on-site implementation of designs to maintain quality and adherence to specifications.

Design Development: • Create innovative and functional interior design concepts for residential, commercial, or other spaces. • Prepare detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, and design layouts using industry-standard software. 2.

Client Interaction: • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets. Also client meeting at site. • Present design concepts, mood boards, and material selections to clients. 3.

Project Coordination: • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. • Monitor project timelines and quality to meet client expectations. 4.

Material Selection: • Source materials, furnishings, and accessories that align with the design vision and budget. • Stay updated with the latest trends in materials and finishes. 5.

Software Skills: • Utilize design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Infurnia or other relevant software for project visualization. • Proficiency in graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator) is an added advantage.

Position:

Interior Designer/Architect Experience Required:

2-4 years Educational Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture & Interior Designing. • Diploma in Interior Design
