Senior Public Relations Manager

Your Role:

Strategic Communications:

Develop and execute an integrated communication strategy (spanning PR, internal comms, social media, etc.) along with PR agency to drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty. Media Relations & PR Agency Management:

Establish and maintain strong, high-level relationships with media and drive agency management. Crisis Management:

Lead all crisis communication efforts, developing proactive strategies to mitigate risks, manage sensitive issues with diplomacy, and ensure timely and transparent responses to protect the company's image and stakeholder trust. Content & Messaging Oversight:

Oversee the creation and dissemination of compelling, on-brand content, including press releases, speeches, articles, and digital content, ensuring message consistency across all channels. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure PR initiatives align with and support broader business goals and campaigns. Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor industry trends and media coverage, leveraging data analytics and media monitoring tools to measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns and provide actionable insights and recommendations. Team Mentorship:

Work with high-performing PR and communications team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and professional growth.

Your Profile 12+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a related field, with a proven track record of success. Agency experiences mandatory. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to craft messaging for diverse internal and external audiences. Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges. Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across teams and with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in utilizing digital communication tools, social media platforms, content management systems, and media monitoring/analytics software High emotional intelligence, adaptability, creativity, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
