Job Description
We are seeking a
dynamic Channel Sales Manager / Executive
to expand and manage our
partner ecosystem , including
resellers, MSSPs, system integrators, and technology partners
for our cybersecurity platforms and services. The role focuses on
building a high-performing partner network , enabling partners to sell our
cybersecurity SaaS platforms
and driving revenue growth through the channel. This role requires strong experience in
B2B technology sales, partner management, and cybersecurity or SaaS solutions .
Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new channel partners
including resellers, MSSPs, system integrators, and consulting firms to expand the company’s partner ecosystem.
Develop and manage strategic relationships
with channel partners to drive consistent sales pipeline and revenue growth.
Drive partner-led revenue
by promoting cybersecurity solutions, SaaS platforms, compliance services, and cybersecurity training offerings.
Design and implement partner engagement strategies
to increase partner activation, productivity, and market coverage.
Enable partners with product knowledge, sales tools, and technical training
to ensure effective positioning of the company’s solutions.
Collaborate with partners on joint sales activities
including customer meetings, product demonstrations, and proposal submissions.
Maintain a strong partner sales pipeline
by tracking opportunities, forecasting revenue, and ensuring timely deal closures.
Support partners in identifying new business opportunities
across industries such as BFSI, IT services, healthcare, and enterprise sectors.
Work closely with the marketing team
to execute partner-led marketing initiatives such as webinars, campaigns, and co-branded events.
Monitor partner performance and engagement levels , ensuring alignment with revenue targets and partnership goals.
Assist partners in navigating enterprise procurement processes , including RFPs, compliance requirements, and contract negotiations.
Maintain accurate partner records and sales data in CRM systems , including pipeline status, partner engagement, and deal progress.
Conduct periodic partner reviews and business planning sessions
to strengthen collaboration and growth strategies.
Provide feedback to product and leadership teams
regarding market trends, competitive insights, and partner requirements.
Represent the company at industry events, cybersecurity conferences, and partner forums
to build strategic alliances and strengthen market presence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
An MBA or a postgraduate qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management will be an added advantage.
Channel Sales Executive:
2–5 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or B2B technology sales.
Channel Sales Manager:
5–10 years of experience in building and managing channel partner ecosystems and indirect sales networks.
Prior experience working with
cybersecurity solutions, SaaS platforms, IT services, or enterprise software products
is highly preferred.
Proven experience in
developing and managing reseller, distributor, VAR, or MSSP partner networks .
Strong understanding of
enterprise sales cycles, partner-driven revenue models, and indirect sales strategies .
Excellent
partner relationship management skills
with the ability to build long-term strategic alliances.
Demonstrated ability in
B2B sales, negotiation, and deal closure through channel partners .
Strong
presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
for engaging with partners and enterprise clients.
Ability to
work collaboratively with internal teams,
including pre-sales, marketing, and product teams, to support partner-led opportunities.
Self-driven professional with the ability to
achieve revenue targets, manage partner pipelines, and operate in a fast-growing technology environment .
