Job brief:
Grounded in strong knowledge of Organizational, Educational, & Behavioral Psychology, this role will work closely alongside our Head of Learning & Development (L&D) to develop unique research-backed programs for purposes of training employees in critical high-value skills. You will create methods and strategies to ensure the Raphe workforce has the necessary skills to drive its business goals.

As an Organizational Psychologist, you will:
Assist in the development of employee training programs which will improve employee competencies.
Implement the aforementioned programs in an engaging and unique way.
Critically review applicable psychology research and apply that research toward program development.
Facilitate outreach to other key field professionals via LinkedIn and other appropriate platforms, so that these subject matter experts can come help us teach appropriate modules.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date record keeping related to the L&D program attendance, for purposes of employee incentive programs.
Participate in ongoing program review, striving for continuous improvement of L&D methods and modules.
Work closely with and report to Raphe’s Head of Training.

Ability to demonstrate autonomy, when appropriate.
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire others toward personal growth.

Experience working with diverse teams.
Degree and Experience:
1-3 years experience in Organizational or Industrial Psychology.
Required: Fluent English-speaking.
Required: M.A. or MSc in Psychology.
