Experience: 3 to 6 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both IT and non-IT roles. - Handle domestic hiring, including working with global clients and teams. - Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed and other job portals to source top talent. - Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Track and report recruitment metrics and pipeline health.

Key Requirements:

- 3 to 6 years of proven experience in recruitment (both IT & Non-IT). - Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other major job portals effectively. - Ability to manage a team of junior recruiters. - Strong communication skills – written and verbal - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Ability to join within 15 days maximum.
