Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 3 years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to close positions within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles (sourcing to offer rollout).
- Understand client/job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reports.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong hands-on experience in LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search.
- Experience working on mid-level to senior IT mandates.
- Good understanding of technical skill sets and IT terminologies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
