Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Development Manager for Nutraceuticals to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bandra. Responsibilities include leading product development projects, conducting thorough market research, overseeing research and development (R&D) processes, and managing the product lifecycle from concept to market launch. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting sales strategies to ensure the success of new and existing products.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and drive product decisions - Experience in conducting market research and identifying consumer trends - Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and Product Management within the nutraceutical industry - Knowledge of sales processes and the ability to support sales teams effectively - Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field - Proven track record in the nutraceutical or wellness product industry is highly advantageous
