Finance Manager

based in India to act as our global financial anchor. This is a

100% remote position , but you are not working in a silo. You will be the primary financial bridge between our

Toronto headquarters

and our

Abu Dhabi regional hub , ensuring seamless fiscal operations across different legal jurisdictions and currencies.

Your Global Mandate

Multi-Entity Controllership:

Lead the financial reporting for our Canadian and UAE entities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards (IFRS). Cross-Border Operations:

Manage inter-company transactions, transfer pricing, and global tax strategies between our North American and Middle Eastern operations. Strategic Forecasting:

Partner with the executive teams in Toronto and Abu Dhabi to build robust financial models that support rapid global scaling. Treasury & FX:

Navigate foreign exchange risks and optimize cash flow management across CAD, AED, and USD. Systems Ownership:

Implement and manage high-growth ERP solutions (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct) to provide real-time visibility to global stakeholders.

Who You Are

The Expert:

6–10 years of post-qualification experience. A

CA (Chartered Accountant)

or

CPA

designation is highly preferred. International Exposure:

Proven experience managing finances for entities in

Canada or the UAE . Familiarity with North American accounting or GCC VAT is a massive advantage. Tech-Forward:

You are comfortable in a fast-paced AI startup environment. You prefer automation over manual spreadsheets. The Communicator:

You possess executive-level English communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial data to a global board. Flexible Thinker:
