is seeking an experienced professional for the position of

General Manager – Technical .

Location:

Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Salary:

Up to ₹1.80 Lakh per month Joining:

Immediate joiners preferred

Key Requirements: B.E. (Civil) / M.E.

in Transportation Engineering or equivalent 15–25

years of relevant experience in

Highway / Infrastructure Consultancy Strong leadership and project management capabilities Experience in handling large-scale infrastructure projects

Key Responsibilities: Lead Highway Design and Detailed Project Report (DPR) preparation Oversee Geometric Design and Pavement Design Manage Traffic Engineering and Road Safety aspects Supervise construction activities and project execution Handle EPC, BOT, and PPP projects Administer FIDIC contracts and manage contract-related matters Conduct Delay Analysis, Claims Management, and Risk Assessment Perform Quantity Estimation and Value Engineering Ensure project planning using Primavera P6 or MS Project Coordinate with government authorities, clients, and stakeholders
