Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee data management.
Assist with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and offer documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR trackers.
Support HR team with payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
Respond to basic employee queries and escalate issues as required.
Assist with engagement activities and internal communications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelorโs degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers can apply.
Willingness to work for Night Shifts
Good communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn HR processes and systems.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR tools is a plus.
