Responsibilities

- Create compelling designs for product packaging, labels, brochures, and marketing collateral. - Design digital assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and online ads. - Develop seasonal and promotional campaigns, aligning with the brand’s visual language. - Produce design concepts, layouts, and mockups that effectively communicate brand aesthetics and product messaging. - Ensure that all creative materials are consistent with the brand’s visual identity and message across multiple platforms. - Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and translate marketing objectives into visually engaging designs. - Work closely with the marketing, product development, and packaging teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs on time. - Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas for campaigns, products, and events. - Stay updated on current design trends, especially within the beauty and cosmetics industry, to create fresh, innovative design solutions. - Ensure the designs reflect the latest industry trends, aesthetics, and customer expectations. - Prepare design files for print and digital production, ensuring high-quality output and accuracy. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications and skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field - 2-4 years of experience in graphic design - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills - Portfolio of work
