We are looking for a

dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager

to lead and manage

maintenance operations for high-value architectural scale models . This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in

model preservation, preventive maintenance, client coordination, and service delivery excellence .

Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute maintenance contracts while ensuring SLAs are consistently met Plan and coordinate

routine inspections and preventive maintenance

of architectural models Liaise directly with clients to understand requirements and ensure contract compliance Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, reports, and client communication Lead, assign, and monitor the maintenance team; provide guidance and performance feedback Handle client concerns professionally and ensure high-quality aesthetic standards Prepare proposals, follow up on leads, and support business development efforts Conduct market research and identify developers requiring model maintenance services Stay updated with materials, preservation techniques, and industry trends

Candidate Profile : Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in

Engineering, Facility Management, or related field Proven experience in

maintenance management

(model making, fabrication, or technical environments preferred) Strong understanding of

architectural models, materials, and preservation techniques Excellent client communication and coordination skills Experience in team supervision and performance management Strong organizational, reporting, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in

MS Office

and basic maintenance tools
