Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Packaging Manager, based in Mumbai. The Packaging Manager will oversee packaging designs, coordinate production, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Core responsibilities include managing teams, optimising packaging processes, sourcing cost-effective materials, and collaborating with suppliers for timely deliveries. Additionally, the role requires driving innovation in packaging to meet both operational and marketing objectives while reducing waste.

Qualifications 10+ years of strong portfolio and experience in the beauty space or the FMCG industry Strong knowledge and experience in packaging design, materials, and machinery Proficiency in vendor management, supply chain coordination, and cost optimisation for packaging solutions Project management, time management, and organisational skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously Understanding of quality assurance standards and regulatory compliance in the packaging industry Strong communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to develop practical and innovative packaging solutions Proficiency in using design tools or software for packaging design is an added advantage Bachelor's degree in Packaging Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience will also be considered
