What You'll Do

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups - Post job openings on LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms - Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires - Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and attendance sheets - Support payroll processing by tracking leaves, attendance, and related data - Assist in drafting HR letters — offer letters, experience letters, and appointment letters - Help organize employee engagement activities, events, and wellness initiatives - Handle day-to-day HR queries from employees and escalate when needed - Support performance review cycles and coordinate with department heads - Ensure compliance with HR policies and assist in policy documentation

✅ What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory - 0–1 year of experience in HR or recruitment (internship counts!) - Good understanding of core HR functions — recruitment, onboarding, employee relations - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) - Proficiency in MS Office — Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information - Detail-oriented, proactive, and a quick learner

⭐ Good to Have

- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools like Keka, Darwinbox, or Zoho People - Exposure to job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Indeed - Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance - Prior internship experience in an IT or tech company
