Job Description
HIGH TICKET SALES CLOSER (B2C)Warm Leads. Premium Buyers. Real Money for Real Closers.
If you’re the kind of closer who doesn’t need “motivation” — you need a pipeline, a premium offer, and a target… keep reading.
We’re hiring a
High Ticket Sales Closer (B2C)
to convert
highly nurtured, paid-call prospects
into committed private clients. This is not a “convince strangers” job. These people already trust the brand, have consumed the content, and have paid to get on the phone.
What we need now is simple:
a closer who can hold the line, handle objections cleanly, and close with calm certainty.
1) About the Company
We’re a fast-scaling private consulting/coaching business doing
₹80 lakhs to ₹1.5 crore/month
and growing.
We work with
serious private clients
— people who are financially committed, decisive, and ready to move when the right closer guides them.
Our brand is premium. Our offer converts. Our leads are warm.
We don’t need “more leads.” We need
better closing.
This role is for someone who thrives in a performance culture where results are tracked, standards are high, and excuses don’t survive.
2) Who This Role Is For This is for you if:
You have
1–2 years
of experience in
high-ticket or consultative sales
and you’re already done playing small.
You’re comfortable speaking to
premium buyers
without getting nervous, needy, or overly agreeable.
You can ask direct questions, control the frame, and lead a prospect to a decision —
without sounding scripted .
You don’t “explain the program.” You
diagnose, qualify, and close.
You want a role where your income reflects your output — not your tenure.
This is a closer seat, not a customer support seat.
3) What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be responsible for:
Closing warm, nurtured leads
who have already paid to get on a call (no cold calling).
Running structured, consultative sales calls that build clarity, urgency, and commitment.
Qualifying hard
— identifying fit, budget, decision-making ability, and readiness.
Handling objections like: price, timing, spouse/partner, fear of change, “need to think,” past experiences — without pressure tactics.
Following the internal process: call notes, pipeline updates, follow-ups, and tracking conversions.
Collaborating with leadership to tighten scripts, identify friction points, and improve close rates.
Owning your numbers: show rate, close rate, revenue closed, and follow-up conversions.
You’ll be measured on outcomes. Not activity.
4) Compensation Structure (High Upside)
Our ticket sizes range from
₹20,000 to ₹1,50,000 .
Compensation is
flexible based on capability
— because strong closers shouldn’t be boxed into one structure.
Options include:
Pure Commission
(highest upside)
Base + Commission
(stability + performance)
Hybrid Performance-Linked
(for proven closers who want scale)
This is a role where top performers can create
serious monthly income
— because the offer is premium, the leads are qualified, and volume exists.
If you need exact numbers to “feel safe,” this probably isn’t your seat.
If you want a structure where your results dictate your paycheck, you’ll like this.
5) Who Should NOT Apply (Read This Twice)
Do
not
apply if:
You want a “nice job” with gentle targets and emotional reassurance.
You need spoon-feeding, constant follow-ups, or someone to push you to perform.
You crumble when a premium buyer challenges you or asks tough questions.
You avoid asking about money, decision-making, or commitment because it feels uncomfortable.
You blame the script, leads, market, or pricing when you miss targets.
You’re a beginner looking for “training to start sales.”
You’re an order-taker who waits for the prospect to convince themselves.
We’re building a team of closers with
skin in the game
— hungry, accountable, and sharp.
6) Growth Opportunity
This is not a dead-end “closer job.” It’s a performance seat inside a company scaling hard.
As you prove yourself, growth paths can include:
Senior closer / top-closer seat with priority leads
Team lead / sales manager track
Script + sales process ownership
Expansion into new offers, upsells, and high-value client segments
If you want a place where your talent is noticed quickly — this is it.
If you want promotions based on time served — not here.
7) How to Apply (Prove You’re a Closer)
We’re intentionally selective. If you apply, come correct.
To apply, send:
Your
resume
(or a short experience summary)
A
2–3 minute video
answering:
What high-ticket offers have you closed? (price points + niche)
Your average close rate (or your best month’s numbers)
One objection you handle exceptionally well — and how you handle it
A short line:
“Why you?”
(no generic answers)
If you can’t sell yourself in 3 minutes, you won’t sell our offer on a call.
Apply only if you’re ready to be measured, coached, and paid like a performer.
If you’re that closer — we want to meet you.
