Job Description
We are looking for a
Customer Success Executive – Data & Client Operations
to support client engagement, MIS reporting, data management, and operational coordination. This role will work closely with internal operations teams and client stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, smooth data flow, timely escalations, and effective payroll coordination.
The role is well suited for
freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience , preferably from
job portal, staffing, or workforce management domains , who are keen to build a strong foundation in
data analytics, client management, and operational excellence .
Key Responsibilities
Data & MIS Management
Manage and maintain operational data across
Excel, Google Sheets, and internal systems .
Perform
data validation, cleanup, reconciliation, and consistency checks .
Prepare
daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
for internal teams and clients.
Track KPIs, SLAs, commitments vs fulfilment, and highlight deviations proactively.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Act as a point of contact for assigned clients for data sharing, reporting, and updates.
Understand client requirements and ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
Support
client calls, reviews, and status updates , including action-item tracking.
Escalation Handling
Identify data mismatches, reporting gaps, and operational issues early.
Coordinate with internal teams to
resolve escalations within defined timelines .
Maintain escalation logs and share closure updates with stakeholders.
Payroll & Compliance Support
Support
payroll data preparation , validation, and reconciliation.
Ensure accuracy of attendance, payouts, and billing-related data.
Coordinate with finance and operations teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.
Process & Documentation
Assist in documenting
SOPs, workflows, and client-specific processes .
Support continuous process improvements and reporting automation initiatives.
Desired Experience
0–1 year
of experience in
MIS, data operations, customer success, client support, or operations .
Freshers with strong analytical and Excel skills are encouraged to apply .
Preferred background in
Job Portals, Staffing, Workforce Management, or KAM-support roles .
Desired Skills
Strong understanding of
data management, MIS reporting, and data reconciliation .
High proficiency in
Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
(VLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, filters).
Basic understanding of
payroll processing and attendance tracking .
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a client-first approach.
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Preferred:
BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, or equivalent .
