Job Description
About Fegmo
Fegmo is building an agentic commerce platform that keeps product and marketing content continuously channel-ready across every endpoint, marketplaces, retailer sites, and emerging AI agents. We help retailers, brands, and marketplaces automate ingestion, enrichment, validation, and syndication so teams launch faster, reduce manual work, and improve conversion.
Our platform runs on modern cloud and AI infrastructure (LLMs, retrieval, microservices) and powers workflows such as onboarding, taxonomy and attributes, media generation (images and video), localization, and compliance at enterprise scale.
We are expanding our team in India and building a strong, co-located execution culture in Noida.
Role Overview
We are seeking a mid-to-senior UX Designer (5+ years) who will own our design system and drive workflow UX improvements across the Fegmo platform. This is a hands-on role focused on building a cohesive product experience for enterprise users, reducing UX debt, and improving usability and demo readiness.
You will be based on-site in Noida and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership.
In the next 90 days, your primary mission is to establish strong UX foundations by creating or strengthening the design system, improving key workflows, and making the product consistently demo-ready for enterprise conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Design System and UI Consistency
Own and evolve the Fegmo design system: components, patterns, typography, spacing, color usage, and interaction guidelines.
Define reusable UI patterns for common workflows (tables, filters, bulk actions, forms, validation states, modals, navigation).
Partner with engineering to ensure consistent implementation across the product.
Workflow UX and UX Debt Cleanup
Audit the product for UX debt and prioritize fixes that improve clarity, efficiency, and user confidence.
Simplify complex workflows across PIM, DAM, and syndication experiences, reducing steps and reducing error rates.
Improve information architecture and navigation for scale, speed, and discoverability.
Usability Testing and User Feedback
Plan and run lightweight usability tests with internal users and early customers, synthesize findings into clear recommendations.
Define UX success metrics and track improvements (time-on-task, error rates, adoption of workflows).
Create user journey maps and task flows for critical experiences.
Enterprise Demo Readiness and Conversion Support
Ensure high-polish UX for the workflows most visible in enterprise demos.
Create demo-first UX improvements that increase perceived product maturity and trust.
Partner with product leadership on positioning key workflows for customer value narratives.
Collaboration and Delivery
Produce UX artifacts that engineers can build from quickly: Figma designs, interaction notes, edge cases, responsive states, and acceptance criteria.
Participate in sprint planning to align UX work with delivery milestones and release cadence.
Provide design reviews and maintain quality bar through implementation.
Required Skills and Experience
7–12 years of UX design experience on B2B SaaS products, ideally workflow-heavy tools.
Strong experience building and maintaining a design system that ships in production.
Demonstrated strength in simplifying complex enterprise workflows (forms, tables, bulk operations, permissions, data-heavy screens).
Strong craft in interaction design, information architecture, and UX writing for clarity and trust.
Proven ability to run usability testing and translate findings into shipped improvements.
Strong collaboration with engineering teams, including design-to-dev handoff and iteration during build.
Portfolio showing end-to-end UX impact, including systems thinking and measurable outcomes.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with PIM, DAM, syndication, catalog, or commerce operations tools.
Experience designing enterprise admin surfaces, roles and permissions, and approval workflows.
Familiarity with accessibility, localization, and compliance-oriented UX patterns.
Experience shaping a product for sales-led growth and enterprise demos.
Why Join Fegmo?
Build foundational UX systems in an AI-native, enterprise-facing platform.
Own the design system and set the UX bar for a fast-scaling product.
Your work will directly shape how customers experience Fegmo and how confidently they adopt it.
High ownership and impact, with the opportunity to take on expanded scope as the team grows.
Culture Note
We are building a thoughtful, mission-driven team that values collaboration, creativity, and inclusion. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are especially excited to hear from candidates with unique perspectives and a passion for building meaningful tools.
