Process Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.

• Professional experience of Minimum 7 Years in process engineering within a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.

• Strong understanding of process design principles, including mass and energy balances, equipment sizing, and layout development.

• Experience with commissioning, start-up, and validation of new equipment and production

lines.

• Proficiency in process modelling or simulation tools and ability to interpret PFDs and P&IDs.

• Knowledge of automation, instrumentation, and control systems as they relate to process operation and optimization.

• Hands-on experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

• Familiarity with HSE standards, process safety requirements, and methodologies such as HAZOP and FMEA.

• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions and process improvements.

• Experience working with SAP or similar enterprise systems; experience in system implementation is an advantage.

• Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated leadership capability in guiding or mentoring junior engineers or technicians.

• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and manage priorities under tight timelines.
