About Position:
We are looking for a Clinical Presales Consultant with strong experience in Pharma/CRO clinical value chains and solutioning for clinical development and data operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design impactful, compliant proposals, lead client discoveries, and deliver persuasive demos and solution storylines.

What You'll Do:
- Develop differentiated solutions and RFP/RFI responsesmanage storyline, architecture, scope, and delivery; work with Bid Management to create competitive strategies, including pricing.
- Demonstrate the ability to directly link business outcomesincluding cycle-time reduction, monitoring efficiency, data quality, and inspection readiness—with technology and service capabilities.
- Present solutions by strategically utilizing clinical platforms, including CTMS, eTMF, EDC, PV systems, RBQM tools, and clinical analytics suites.
- Partner with Delivery to validate feasibility, effort, assumptions, and risk; ensure a clear trace from business requirements to solution components, cost models, and transition plans.
- Enable deal orchestration— Contribute reusable assets (demos, playbooks, POVs) to improve win rate and sales velocity across the Pharma/CRO portfolio.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Clinical Domain Expertise: Clearly communicate the business value across Clinical functions
- Clinical Operations & Trial Management: Efficient site/investigator management, monitoring, oversight, and vendor governance. Includes RBQM with centralized monitoring, KRIs/QTLs, issue management, and data-driven oversight.
- Clinical Data Management: EDC processes, automated data cleaning, reduced queries, reconciliation, coding (MedDRA/WHO-DD), and CDISC standards. Familiar with trends like eSource, DDC, DCT/hybrid trials, and real-world data integration.
- Biostatistics and Statistical Programming: Skilled in statistical analysis workflows, SDTM/ADaM, programming delivery, and preparing regulatory submissions.
- Clinical Platforms: Veeva Vault (CTMS, eTMF, CDMS), Medidata, Oracle Clinical/OC-RDC, Argus, PV Edge, and other clinical suites.
- Analytics & Data Platforms: Knowledge of clinical analytics tools, BI platforms, clinical data lakes, and AI/ML use cases.
- Digital Trial Technologies: eCOA, eConsent, decentralized trial technologies, patient engagement tools, site collaboration portals.
