Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative
Social Media Manager
to lead and grow our digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in content creation, campaign management, analytics, and team leadership.
Qualification & Experience:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or a related field is often preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of related field work experience, preferably with private University or Education sector.
In-depth understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Familiarity with various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Create unique, engaging content for all university social media platforms and manage audience engagement
Develop creative, innovative content for scheduled posts to strengthen brand messaging
Align social media communication with advertising, branding, and quarterly/seasonal goals
Lead and manage the social media team, including copywriters and content creators
Audit and analyze social media performance, including digital ad spends and ROI
Track and evaluate social media campaigns to optimize performance and impact
Collaborate with internal departments on campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives
Monitor competitorsโ social media activity and prepare analytical reports
