We are currently looking for an Employee Relations Executive to join our team at our Hosur location on an immediate basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage employee relations activities, including grievance handling and conflict resolution - Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations - Handle disciplinary actions, investigations, and HR policy interpretation - Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to HR policies - Handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and integrity - Work collaboratively with stakeholders to support a positive workplace environment - Willingness to work in shift-based operations, as required

Required Skills & Knowledge

- Strong understanding of labour laws, compliance, employee grievances, and HR policies - Good communication, interpersonal, and problem‐solving skills - Ability to work independently and manage complex employee relations issues

Qualifications

- MSW / MA in HRM / PG Diploma in HR (Preferred)
